Tier 1 Flight & Refund/Credit Policies
Refund/Credit Policy For ALL Programs
Every and all payments made to NEJLL or Tier I or Tier I Hockey are non-refundable.
Regarding Injury or Illness:
If ample time is given (60 business days prior to the official start of each program) then a partial credit (not a refund) for the following “season or event” will be given knowing that the following “season or event” could be a year later. If notice is given less than 60 business days prior to the official start of any and all programs we offer, then there will NOT be any credit for the following “season” unless a Doctor’s note was provided. Credit does not go beyond one year. ALL student-athletes are covered under their OWN insurance. Every student-athlete knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for their participation.
Regarding Change of Plans, World Events, Life Events, Unforeseen Events, Events out of your control OR Conflict of any kind or for any reason:

Any conflict with other hockey related events does not qualify for any credit. ICredit does not go beyond one year. If notice is given less than 60 business days prior to the official start of any and all programs we offer, then there will NOT be any credit for the following “season” unless a note is provided by you explaining the “unforeseen” event.
